I have always been a perfectionist, striving for excellence in everything I do. This drive led me to pursue priesthood, believing it was the perfect path to please God and my family.

My childhood was a good one, raised in a religious household by my parents, Roger and Melani, alongside my siblings, Rolan Bendon and Germel Salar. We were a close-knit family, and our lives were comfortable and well-provided for.

However, as a teenager, I began to question my path. My passion for singing, mathematics, and science grew, and I realized my desire to be a priest was rooted in a childish wish to go to heaven. I entered the seminary but felt like an actor, not a true candidate for priesthood. After college graduation, I told my family I wouldn't be pursuing further seminary life. I knew they were disappointed, but they supported my decision.

My life took an unexpected turn. My grandmother helped me get a job in the government sector. I started with administrative tasks but soon discovered a talent for graphic design, video editing, and writing. I even tried law school for two years before the pandemic hit.

The pandemic brought a series of devastating challenges. We fell into millions of debts. Starting with our only car, it was taken away from us. At the same time, my own health deteriorated. I was diagnosed with anxiety and struggled with chronic back pain. My eldest brother, Kuya Arbee, was diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma and passed away four months later. 6 days after Kuya's burial, we were given final notice to vacate our only home.

Just when I thought I couldn't handle any more, I was introduced to Lifestyles. The opportunity to earn money and improve my health was a lifeline. I borrowed money to join, and within two weeks, I had paid it back. My health improved, and I was able to help my family financially. My mother and father, who once discouraged me to join Lifestyles, are now my teammates in the business after seeing the positive changes in my life.

I now believe that all those struggles led me to Lifestyles. It's a way for me to not only regain my health and financial stability but also to share my story and help others. I'm no longer striving for an impossible "perfect" life but am grateful for the journey that has made me a "wounded healer." My goal is to use my experience to inspire others and show them that even after hitting rock bottom, it's possible to bounce back and live a better life.
